Freddie Mercury (1946 - 1991). Frontman for Queen and a truly influential musician.

This statue is in Montreux, Switzerland

Edit 04/08/2006:
Changed the border, corrected colours and healed a few birds and lens dust. This is an old shot.

great shot man. the backdrop of the mountains is awesome. and i love the clouds/jet trails, it almost looks like he's holding one of them :)

I only know this statue from the other angle, thanks for giving me the chance to see this place, I hope one day I go there to see it for myself.

Yeah, they're mountains.

Although I agree the shot is alright, the photo needs a lot of fixing... Either tons of Photoshop work, or I'll go there some other time and take it again, the way I want it :)

Cool, mohls prijit na navstevu :)

A new version of the photo coming soon. I'm really not happy with the colours and some distracting factors. Although it's easy to remove the cjet lines, the fog/mist is just not what I had in mind...
